Mayo Hospital Administrative Committee meeting was held at Patiala block King Edward Medical University.

Prof. Dr. Mahmood Ayyaz, Vice Chancellor KEMU headed the Mayo Hospital team with Prof. Ahsan Nauman CEO, Prof. Faisal Masood COO, Dr. Bakhtyawar AMS P&D, Dr. Suhail Niazi and Mr. Amin. The SHC&ME team was represented by Secretary of health Mr. Ali Jan Khan, Special Secretary Mr. Mansoor Ahmad, Addl. Secretary Admin Mrs. Zahida Azhar & Addl. Secretary Procurement Mr. Malik Mazhar.

The committee granted approval for routine hospital administrative and financial matters, with special permissions provided for various projects of Mayo Hospital. After thorough evaluation and detailed deliberation, the committee sought approval for all agenda items, including procurements.
This apex committee is an initiative of the SHC&ME Dept. to expedite approvals, ensuring the smooth functioning of the hospital and preventing delays and obstacles in the smooth work of the hospitals
