Visit of Mr. Mujahid Sherdil Secretary Finance and focal person for the project revamping of Mayo Hospital. Today focal person of the project Revamping of Mayo hospital Mr. Mujahid Sherdil Secretary Finance Punjab and team of IDAP visited KEMU at 11.00am. Architect Mr. Mazhar and his team along with SDO C&W also participated.
Vice Chancellor Prof Mahmood Ayyaz alongwith his team comprising Prof Ijaz Pro Vc, Dr. Riasat Ali Registrar, Prof. Muhammad Haroon Hamid COO of Mayo Hospital, Prof. Abrar Ashraf Ali, Engr. Qasim Amin Director(P&D)KEMU, Usman Tarar rep of friends of Mayo Hospital, Mr Amin from Mayo hospital welcomed the Focal person and his team. Before site Visit meeting was conducted in side room of VC office in which briefing regarding proposed work for revamping of emergency, OPD , Cafeteria and Reading Room was made. Secretary Finance focal person of project informed that funds from M&R grant had already been issued to Health department.
After briefing detaled visit of existing emergency, OPD, ongoing work of cafeteria/reading Room and old block of Mayo hospital was made and Focal person given instructions to IDAP and C&W team for prompt action. whole team also visited surgical tower of and newly renovated children Emergency of Mayo hospital and appreciated the efforts of Vice Chancellor KEMU and Hospital administration.
