Hands-on Workshop on “Trachea Urinary Bladder & Ureter Repair” arranged by SS Ward MHL / KEMU

*Department of General Surgery; South Surgical Ward, Mayo Hospital Hospital, Lahore arranged a Hands-on workshop on “Trachea, Urinary Bladder & Ureter Repair” in the classroom of South Surgery Ward on 21st October 2023.* Organized by *Prof. Dr. Abrar Ashraf Ali*.

Chief Guest: *Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Mahmood Ayyaz* shared his wisdom with the audience and appreciated the efforts of Prof. Abrar Ashraf Ali for organizing such academic activities.

35 candidates participated in the workshop and animal trachea, urinary bladder, and ureters were provided in the workshop for hands-on training.

The session started with introductory lectures on the subject by Dr Irfan Shabir Goraya and Dr M Saulat Naeem. The participants were provided with animal specimens of trachea, urinary bladder, and ureter individually for practice. The participants appreciated this mode of learning. The workshop ended with a vote of thanks by Dr M Zeeshan Sarwar. The workshop souvenir was presented to Dr. Irfan and Dr. Saulat.
