Lifetime Achievement Award to Dr. Chiragh Muhammad Khan, an Alumnus of the KEMC 1954 Batch

Today a ceremony was hosted by King Edward Medical University to confer the Lifetime achievement award to Dr. Chiragh Muhammad Khan, an alumnus of the KEMC 1954 batch. It was an initiative of Paediatric Orthopaedic Society of Pakistan and Prof. Amer Aziz along with his team.
The legendary KEMCOLIAN Professor Amir Aziz who is a towering figure in the world of Orthopaedics himself was present to acknowledge, appreciate and pay tribute to the living legend of KEMU Professor Chiragh Sahib.
Eminent Orthopedic Surgeons gathered for the occasion and gave a standing ovation to the veteran Orthopaedic Surgeon for his matchless contributions spanning over six decades to the field of Orthopaedic Surgery, especially paediatric orthopedics.
Present at the occasion were Prof. Amer Aziz, Prof. Atiq uz Zaman, Prof. Rizwan Akram, Prof. Naeem Ahmed, Prof. Faisal Masood, Prof. Rana Dil Awaiz Nadeem, Prof. Syed Shahid Noor, Prof. Amin Chinoy, Prof. Tahseen Riaz, Prof. Ashraf Nizami, Prof. Arif Khan, Prof. Tariq Sohail, Prof. Tanvir Saddique, Dr. Sikander Hayat, Dr. Israr Ahmed, Dr. Nasir Ahmed, Dr. Imran Haider, Dr. Mumraiz Salik, Dr. Sohail Razzaq, Dr. Ahmed Humayun, Dr. Kashif Naseer, Dr. Ali Bhidwal, Dr. Raza Ahmed and Dr. Suhail Niazi.
The Vice-Chancellor, KEMU Prof. Mahmood Ayyaz, while addressing the occasion, praised the decades-long services of Dr. Chiragh Muhammad Khan and paid rich tribute to the senior alumni. He thanked the worthy guests for gracing the occasion. He hosted tea in honor of the worthy guests and a group photograph was taken at the end.
