Faculty of Psychiatry at KEMU in collaboration with the (MWAP) organized an interactive workshop

The Faculty of Psychiatry at KEMU in collaboration with the Medical Women Association of Pakistan (MWAP)organized a one day interactive workshop titled ‘ Building a respectful and Harassment free work place ‘ on 2nd April 2024. The objective of this workshop was to sensitize the audience about the different types of harassment and it’s implications and to brainstorm ideas for creating a safe work space.

The workshop was attended by doctors, clinical psychologists and students who actively participated in all the hands-on training activities like case scenarios and critical discussion of the implementation of laws related to harassment. Facilitators included Prof.Dr. Nazish Imran, Prof. Ali Madeeh Hashmi and Dr. Irum Aamer.

Prof Mahmood Ayyaz (SI) VC KEMU, Prof. Syed Asghar Naqi Registrar KEMU, Faisal Masood-COO MHL, Prof Saira Afzal (HOD, community medicine KEMU) Dr Aysha Zaheer ( Director Counseling cell MWAP) were notibly present in this session.
