VC KEMU, presided over a meeting regarding Revamping projects of MHL with the team from the C&W

Prof. Dr. Mahmood Ayyaz, Vice Chancellor of King Edward Medical University, presided over a crucial meeting discussing the Revamping projects of Mayo Hospital Lahore, with the team from the C&W Department and representatives from Friends of Mayo Hospital.

The meeting aimed to provide updates on various revamping projects of Mayo Hospital at different stages of implementation, with a particular focus on high-priority projects like the Revamping of the A&E Dept, Ophthalmology building, and Paediatric buildings.

During the meeting, the XEN C&W presented a detailed briefing on the progress of the upgradation project. It was reported that the installation of tiles and finishing work was in the final stages, and equipment was being installed. Following the directives of the Chief Minister, the upgradation work has been expedited. Prof. Mahmood Ayyaz and his team thoroughly reviewed the master plan of Mayo Hospital. Various proposals were discussed during the meeting, and after extensive deliberation several important decisions were made to ensure the provision of state-of-the-art facilities and the delivery of modern patient care.

The Vice Chancellor commended the progress made on the upgradation work by the team working tirelessly to accomplish the task. He emphasized the need for quality work and urged for the early completion of the project.
